Hello!
My name is Ami, and together with my wife, Laura, we founded Bronx Office Suites in 2021, in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am a commercial real estate broker, and Laura is a trial attorney. We opened our first location in 2021, followed by a second in 2024.
Bronx Office Suites was established to meet the growing demand among individuals and businesses for modern, professional, and independent workspaces — environments where our members can grow their ventures and connect with like-minded professionals. What sets us apart is the way we care for our tenants: we treat every member of our community like family, fostering genuine relationships built on trust and mutual support. Both of our locations are located on East 204th Street in the Norwood section of the Bronx.
My Story
I have a genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them thrive — a passion cultivated over thirty years across various sales roles. My affinity for selling began at just ten years old, with a makeshift "blanket in the park" garage sale in my childhood neighborhood. I earned more in two hours than I had collected in two months of allowance, and the experience was so rewarding that I knew then a career in sales was in my future.
At sixteen, I began working in my family's retail businesses in New York City, eventually managing three stores. During this time, I expanded our brick-and-mortar presence by launching an online venture called "Brand Name Jackets For Less" on eBay, which performed exceptionally well as we began selling merchandise across the country and internationally. This was back in 2003, when e-commerce was still in its infancy, and it proved to be a valuable additional revenue stream.
In 2007, I transitioned into a career as a commercial real estate agent, representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout New York City. I continue to work in this field today as a broker and owner of my own brokerage firm, Entrepreneur Properties NYC.
It was through my experience in this industry that I identified the opportunity to create Bronx Office Suites — a way to give back to my community and help other like-minded individuals grow and excel in their own ventures, just as I have in mine. The satisfaction of bringing people together and helping them thrive continues to be what drives me every day.
